Fox River Advantage values our clients’ trust and confidence in us is. We take a number of measures to try to earn that trust and confidence. Chapter Ins 25 of the Wisconsin Administrative Code generally prohibits any licensees of the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance, directly or through its affiliates, from sharing non-public personal information about you with a non-affiliated third party unless the institution provides you with a notice of its privacy policies and practices, such as the type of information that it collects about you and the categories of persons or entities to whom it may be disclosed. In accordance with both this Wisconsin law and with U.S. federal law, we would like to supply you with this complete privacy statement, detailing how and to whom we may disclose your non-public information.

What types of Information do we collect?

In the course of our business, we collect non-public personal information about you from a few different sources. Initially, we receive non-public information from you on applications and other forms we use. We also maintain information about your transactions with us and with our affiliates, and we may receive information from consumer reporting agencies.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

What information do we disclose to non-affiliated third parties?

We do not disclose any non=public personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law. At your request, we may provide information to the insurance companies that underwrite the policies we procure and service.

To whom do we disclose this information?

We disclose non-public personal information about you only to non-affiliated third parties as permitted by law.
